Co-Founder

Tom was born and raised in Broomall, PA and spent most of his childhood summers in Wildwood Crest.  He eventually moved to the Crest, after college, to pursue a career in law enforcement. Tom has called Wildwood Crest home for over 30 years. Throughout his time on the island, Tom has committed himself to a life of community service by being a member of the Anglesea Irish Society, coaching many youth sports, and being the past president of the Greater Wildwood Little League.  He’s so excited to be opening up Crest Coffee Company with his daughter, Maddie, and can’t wait to serve the community in this new way!

Co-Founder

Maddie was born and raised in Wildwood Crest and always dreamed of opening a coffee shop in her hometown. After leaving the island at 18, she spent the next seven years living in West Chester, Philadelphia, and Cleveland, where she saw firsthand how small businesses shape and strengthen their communities. In 2020, Maddie founded her., a virtual assistant and business consulting agency that has since supported over 160 clients. Now, after five years of helping businesses thrive, she’s turning her attention back home. Committed to the local community and everything that makes the Crest special, she’s beyond excited to bring this vision to life alongside her dad.

CPO (Chief Pup Officer)

Trixy is Crest Coffee Company’s honorary Chief Pup Officer (CPO) and self-appointed Patio Patrol Captain. While she won’t be inside the shop, you might catch her lounging on the patio, keeping a watchful eye on the seagulls (her sworn rivals) and offering tail wags in exchange for pets. Maddie and her husband adopted Trixy in October 2024, and she’s been living her best beach dog life in Cape May County ever since. Her official stance on coffee? As long as it comes with a pup cup, she fully approves.
