This walk is designed to bring people together in a simple but meaningful way: stepping outside, moving our bodies, and creating space to connect with ourselves and each other. We’ll begin with a brief intention-setting moment before heading out for a relaxed, all-levels walk through the community.
Afterward, we’ll gather back at Crest Coffee to continue the conversation over coffee — because some of the best connections happen post-walk, cup in hand.
This event will be hosted by Brianna — an exercise physiologist, Pilates instructor, and wellness advocate passionate about helping people feel strong, grounded, and connected. Her goal is to create spaces where movement feels empowering and community feels natural. She believes that wellness is more than a workout — it’s about shared experiences, intention, and showing up for yourself and others.
